I guess this is the part where I tell you a little about myself. I have an on-again-off-again love affair with photography. I am just getting started so I have faced a few different directions and should be settling into one any minute now.

If you are looking at this site you are a near and dear friend of mine or completely lost your way online, but either way it is nice to see you here. I like old and new things alike, in fact I often tip toe between two conflicting traits- a nerdy jock, sensitive tough guy, sober party-er. I don’t know what that means in terms of art and photography but it will be fun to figure it out. I really enjoyed figuring out how to code this site, taking bits of code and inspiration from here and there. So if it doesn’t work just right please bare with me.

I am hoping to use this space as motivation to document my life's adventures and a primer to pull out my camera more often. I hope it bends, breaks, and evolves as I do, because as my wife always reminds me - no mud no lotus!
